What is your cancellation/ reschedule policy?
Cancellations up to 72 business hours in advance of the booking time are fully refundable. Cancellations within 72 business hours are non-refundable. Bookings can be rescheduled up to 72 business hours in advance of the booking time. With less than 72 business hours notice, rescheduling is treated as a cancellation and is non-refundable.
Can I add AV or catering for meetings?
Yes. AV support and catering coordination may be available for boardroom bookings. Contact us in advance and we can provide you options.
